Come Home Year 2015

 

In August of 2015, people from near and far came home to Fortune to spend a week visiting friends and families, reliving memories and making new ones. 

 

Highlights of this event were combined with the Feller From Fortune international Festival. It kicked off with Fortune Day outside the Fortune Arena with live music acts, booths with lots of souvenirs, and games and a bouncy house for the kids.

 

The next few days saw a Loonie Auction, the Wharf Rat Competition, a boat parade, an ATV light parade, and the fun ended on a high note with the music and comedy of the Funny Fisherman, Jimmy Flynn.
