Parts/Service/Warranty Clerk

 

We are looking for a dependable and highly motivated individual to fill the above position.

Duties to include but not limited to:

 

• Selling small engine equipment parts

• Ordering of parts for customers

• Maintaining stock levels in parts department 

• Creating work orders for equipment repair

• Processing parts and service invoices

• Discussing equipment repair with customers

• Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials;

• Identify and label items received

• Prepare and track work orders

• Handle cash transactions

• Submitting warranty claims

• Following up on warranty claims

• Answering telephones

• Requirements:

• Must have parts experience, knowledgeable, can look up and sell parts 

• Must have Microsoft Office experience including Excel

• Must be dependable

• Must be reliable

• Address customers' complaints or concerns
