Parts/Service/Warranty Clerk
We are looking for a dependable and highly motivated individual to fill the above position.
Duties to include but not limited to:

Selling small engine equipment parts
-
Ordering of parts for customers
-
Maintaining stock levels in parts department
-
Creating work orders for equipment repair
-
Processing parts and service invoices
-
Discussing equipment repair with customers
-
Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials;
-
Identify and label items received
-
Prepare and track work orders
-
Handle cash transactions
-
Submitting warranty claims
-
Following up on warranty claims
-
Answering telephones
-
Requirements:
-
Must have parts experience, knowledgeable, can look up and sell parts
-
Must have Microsoft Office experience including Excel
-
Must be dependable
-
Must be reliable
-
Address customers' complaints or concerns
