The Canadian building code states you must have a foundation to attach any structure to your home, this can be a piling foundation. Without a foundation you risk the chance of your addition sifting with froze during the winter.

Four Seasons Sunrooms; All glass is not made equal, so be sure to do your homework on different glass options. (Having to close the blinds in your sunroom kind of defeats the purpose of a sunroom. You have 85% heat loss & heat gain through regular household glass with low-e / argon. Four Seasons Sunrooms come standard with Conserva glass & stay clean technology, we put 56% heat reflection glass in the walls (56% heat loss & heat gain) & 16% heat reflection glass in the roof (16% heat loss & heat gain) to keep your sunroom cooler in the summer& warmer in the winter). The angle of the sun along with heat reflective Conserva glass makes a huge difference for your comfort in your new Four Season Sunroom.

Natural Light Patio Enclosures is constructed with aluminum framing & usually twin walled heat stop acrylic in the roof with Eze Breeze telescopic windows in the walls but there are other options available as upgrades. See pictures attached.
